Mum’s (Irene’s) own mixture of Frantoio, Picual and Manzanillo Table Olives. You might find the odd Kalamata olive in there too as we have a few Kalamata trees scattered around the grove!
A great choice if you want a variety of sizes and flavours in your olives, perfect for serving in an elegant dish on their own or as part of an antipasto platter.
We prepare all these olives ourselves using olives from our own organic certified trees.
“Turning” means not fully black; good time to pick Frantoio and Picual because they are firm at that stage and have plenty of flavour.
