Strathbogie Flavours: Wild Blackberry Leaves, Cane And Roots Halo

Our Wild Blackberry Leaf Tea grows across two acres on our farm through our seasonal creeks. In keeping with its zen-like solitude, flavour, & appearance, it’s only disturbed by deer. The best-known flavonoids are quercetin and kaempferol and due to their anti-inflammatory and immune boosting benefits, these blackberry leaves are used to aid in healing sore throats, mouth sores, anti-aging, diarrhoea, & wounds. You’ll get similar health benefits from our tea so if you like tea & are interested in its many benefits, you’ll love our farm grown organic wild blackberry leaf tea.

The Wild Blackberry Halo has the cane and the roots in tact, as the whole plant is packed in nutrients cut twisted into a halo and dried, pop into a saucepan cover with 3 litres of filtered water, bring to boil, cover and steep for 30mins. Place in bottles in fridge, use as a warm/cold tea or as a mouth wash. For a sore throat, gargle and swallow tea, several times over the day..

Wild Blackberry Leaf Tea is grown on Lake Nillahcootie Farmhouse, Hand Picked, Processed and Packed in Barjarg, Victorian High Country.
